INEC EXPOSED : Thousands Of Non Distributed PVCs Of South East Voters Found In A Viral Video
3 Days to the general election in the country yet a video circulating on the internet seen thousands of non distributed PVC (Permanent Voter’s Card) dumped by INEC.

According to a man in the video, the PVCs belongs to the voters from Nnewi North Local Government Anambra State in the south eastern Nigeria. The man in this video has alleged that its a plot by INEC to cut down the voting strength of the south east.
This is just happening 3 days before the general election and thousands of voters do not have access to their PVC. This is so wicked.
