Accept Tinubu’s victory as will of God – Aisha Buhari tells Nigerians

First Lady of the country, Aisha Buhari has told Nigerians to accept Bola Tinubu’s victory in the 2023 election as the will of God.

Aisha said this on Thursday, March 2, while receiving Oluremi Tinubu and Nana Shettima, wives of the president-elect and vice-president at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

According to the First Lady, Tinubu’s victory in the election is a triumph for all Nigerians as he won’t betray the trust.

She said;

“Regardless of our interests and diversity, we should all accept it as a will of Almighty God, we wouldn’t have done it without his grace.
“It is a victory for all Nigerians. I am optimistic that the president-elect will not betray the trust and confidence that Nigerians reposed in him. It is now time to move on and focus on the path of renewed hope for Nigerian women and youths.

“So, my sister we count on your experience and interest in promoting the cause of women, youths, and girl-child education.”
